Assurance Navigator01

From control intent to evidence. From uncertainty to action.

SYNTHETIC DEMONSTRATIONFictional organizations, people & evidence · 14 October 2026
New here? Follow one request.

Find who can act next, then inspect what the evidence supports. This read-only example connects a portfolio of 805 fictional requests with an owner, a source record and a prepared access-review investigation.

How to read the workflow states
Accepted
A reviewer accepted the evidence in this snapshot. This is not a control-effectiveness score.
Awaiting review
The owner submitted evidence; reviewer acceptance is the next handoff.
Owner action
Evidence is in progress, returned for revision, or not started.
Addressed
Accepted plus awaiting review. Returned is included in owner action, so the dashboard cards are not all additive.

One connected record set

805 evidence requests across 12 platforms, two fictional organizations and six owners. Portfolio totals and filtered views use the same request records. Accepted and awaiting review are separate workflow states.

Addressed = accepted + submitted. Owner action = in progress + revision + not started. Percentages are rounded; charts use exact fractions. Program dates and monitoring schedules are synthetic scenario records.

Evidence support, not probability

Operation, coverage, timing and approval each carry 25%. Each criterion is scored 0, 25, 50, 75 or 100 using the displayed rubric. The equally weighted mean determines the recommended level: red 0–19, orange 20–39, amber 40–59, light green 60–79, green 80–100.

These are proposed demonstration thresholds, not a standard or a prediction of control effectiveness. Critical gaps remain visible regardless of score. Prepared recommendations and analyst determinations are recorded separately.

A repeatable investigation

The access-review walkthrough uses three prepared submissions and recorded assessments. Selecting a revision never changes the shared portfolio. Analyst messages and activity history are prepared fictional records. Prepared answers work now. Optional GPT-6 Luna can interpret the selected fictional records when configured. Its current availability and remaining allowance are shown in Ask Navigator.

No external systems are connected to this public demonstration. No file uploads or messages are sent from the analyst thread.
