Privacy and AI use
Updated November 7, 2026.
The public demonstration
Assurance Navigator uses fictional organizations, people and evidence. Its prepared answers run in your browser. Choosing a prepared answer does not call an AI provider.
Optional GPT-6 Luna questions
When live AI is available and you select it, your question and selected public demonstration records are processed through Cloudflare and sent to the OpenAI API. Please keep personal, employer, customer and other confidential information out of your questions. Generated interpretations can be wrong; inspect the supporting records and use human judgment.
The application requests store: false from OpenAI and does not retain question or answer text in its quota database. This does not remove the providers’ separate processing and retention practices. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Daily prompt allowance
The anonymous allowance is 20 live AI attempts per network address per day, resetting at midnight UTC. People sharing a network may share the allowance. Limits protect availability and costs. Requests that reach the model provider can count even when a response fails. Prepared answers remain usable without this allowance.
Cloudflare supplies the connection address to the server. The application hashes it with a private key for quota enforcement; raw addresses are not stored in the quota database. The hash changes daily. Short-lived quota records and aggregate request counters are retained only for quota operation. Infrastructure providers may process connection details separately.
Contact
The current contact links open your email application. Preparing a draft does not deliver a message; you choose whether to send it. Messages you send are used to respond to your inquiry. No newsletter subscription is created by contacting Greg.
